Shipibo patch fae vest

This pretty fae vest was made by one of our featured artists Jennifer Xerri of Starlily Creations. This vest was made using a Shipibo patch from Peru, which is then integrated into a fae vest. Shipibo patches are super special hand embroidered patches made by the Shipibo tribe who work closely with plant medicine and embroider their visions onto the fabric.  The vest is also made with a variety of colorful cotton yarns.  It has lots of flowing fairy fringe that makes it really fun to dance in!  This vest fits a XS/S  and has a lot of stretch too.  You can easily adjust the lace up tie and wear it on/off the shoulders. You can also opt to slip into it without having to unlace it, simply loosen it and adjust it to fit your unique shape. The drape is important so if you need to adjust the lacing it can be easily done.  The fringe is made of strips of fabric, lace & various art yarns. 

care instructions: the fringe is delicate, as with anything hand stitched, it is best to  
hand wash/hang or lay flat to dry.
