Solola Pants

Capitán of Moksha Moda and Jen of Starlily Creations are the Curators of the Vibe of the World Boutique on Shakedown Street - Hostel Del Funk. They travel to Guatemala for three months a year sourcing fabrics for the clothing crafted by Moksha Moda and also working on collab projects there. However, while on their travels they find very unique one of kind amazing textiles and jewelry from incredible Mayan boutiques and artists all around Lake Atitlan Guatemala that they wish to support. 

This collection of pants are crafted by Erick and his family in Panajachel. The pants are crafted with upcycled hand woven huipils which are blouses that are typically worn by Mayan women in Guatemala. The textiles sourced for these pants are specifically from the village of Solola which sits right above over looking Lake Atitlan. Each pair of pants features two deep pockets for your cell phone or wallet plus an elastic waist and leg cuffs.
